Admission Procedure

Inquiry and Application

Visit the school office or contact via phone/email to inquire about admissions.
Collect the admission application form from the school office or download it from the school website (if applicable).

Submission of Application Form

Fill out the admission form completely and accurately.
Attach the required documents (listed below) and submit the form to the school office within the stipulated timeframe.

Entrance Assessment/Interaction

For certain grades, students may be required to appear for an entrance assessment or attend an interaction session with the teachers/principal.

Confirmation of Admission

Admission will be confirmed upon successful completion of the assessment or interaction.
Parents will receive a confirmation letter and details about the fee structure and payment schedule.

Fee Payment

Pay the admission fee and first installment of the tuition fee as per the instructions to secure the seat.

Issuance of Admission Card

Once all formalities are completed, the school will issue an admission card for the student.

Required Documents

Parents must submit the following documents along with the admission form:

Birth Certificate

A photocopy of the child’s birth certificate (original for verification).

Transfer Certificate (TC)

For students transferring from another school, the original Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted.

Progress Report

The most recent report card or progress report from the previous school (if applicable).

Address Proof

Any valid document such as Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, or utility bill as proof of residence.

Photographs

Passport-size photographs of the student (4 copies).
Passport-size photographs of both parents (2 copies).

Medical Certificate

A certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating the student’s fitness and vaccination details.

ID Proof of Parents

Aadhaar card, passport, or any other government-issued identification document.

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

A copy of the student’s caste certificate for those seeking reservation benefits (if applicable).

Student Handbook

Completed personal details section of the student handbook (if applicable).
