Withdrawal from School

Notice Period
  • One clear calendar month’s notice or a month’s fee in lieu is required.
Term Fees
  • - Students leaving in May must clear the current year’s term fees.
Transfer Certificates (TC)
  • Requests for TC must be submitted by February 1, 2024.
  • TC issuance is contingent on clearing all school dues.

Entry and Exit from School

Restricted Access
  • Parents, guardians, or relatives are not allowed into academic blocks unless special permission is granted.
Leaving During School Hours
  • Students will not be allowed to leave during school hours except in cases of emergency.
  • In emergencies, parents or guardians must:
  • Obtain consent from the concerned authorities.
  • Complete necessary formalities, including obtaining a gate pass from the school office.
  • Ensure a responsible person authorized by the parents picks up the child.

Communication Details

  • Parents must inform the school immediately in writing of any changes in their address or contact details. Correspondence sent to the last registered address will be considered delivered.

Meetings with Management

  • Principal: Available for meetings on weekdays between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
  • Teachers: Parent-teacher meetings can be scheduled on Fridays between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM.

Uniform Check

  • Students must be neatly dressed and well-groomed
  • Uniform
    • Should be clean, pressed, and in proper condition.
    • Shoes must be polished, and socks washed daily.
    • Specific Guidelines for Boys:
    • Wear a vest and appropriate innerwear.
    • Specific Guidelines for Girls
    • Wear a slip and bloomers.
    • Only simple ear studs are permitted; fancy earrings, colorful clips, watches, and accessories are not allowed.

Student Discipline and Behavior

Prohibited Items
  • Students must not bring iPods, cameras, mobile phones, or sharp/electronic objects.
Behavioral Monitoring
  • Points system
    • 15 points: Students must meet the teacher.
    • 42 points: Parents must meet the teacher.
    • 84 points: Parents meet the principal.
    • 126 points: The student may face termination after consultation with school authorities.

Personal Belongings

  • Parents should ensure their child:
    • Is careful with their possessions and labels all items.
    • Brings only required textbooks and notebooks according to the day’s timetable.
    • School Responsibility: The school is not liable for lost items.

Birthdays and Celebrations

  • Students may wear color dress on their birthday or for special school programs, provided the dress is modest (not tight, short, or sleeveless).
  • Birthday Celebrations: Only simple toffee distribution is permitted.

Quality Time

  • Parents are encouraged to allow their children sufficient playtime after school.
  • Play helps with:
    • Happiness and bonding.
    • Development of motor skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Social Media Use

  • Parents must monitor internet usage.
  • Avoid unnecessary use of social media to prevent distractions and potential risks.

Non-Performance in Assessments

  • Students who fail twice and remain below average in their class will not be permitted to continue their studies in the school.
